HL 48
by marshmallowTouching that hard, hot mass, Xu Nanxiao recoiled as if electrocuted.
His face flushed crimson as he glared viciously at Ying Yusheng, his almond-shaped eyes reddening with humiliation yet blazing with startling brightness. But pinned down by four men, he had no way to fight back—so even his fury became endearing in Ying Yusheng’s eyes.
Unable to resist, Ying Yusheng cupped Xu Nanxiao’s face and kissed him. Xu Nanxiao didn’t hold back either—he bit down on Ying Yusheng’s tongue.
But Ying Yusheng seemed not to feel the pain, deepening the kiss until a strong metallic taste of blood filled both their mouths.
As they kissed, Ying Yusheng’s hand slid downward and began unbuckling Xu Nanxiao’s belt.
Wait—was this idiot going to do it here? In front of all these people?
Xu Nanxiao sincerely hoped he was overthinking it, but Ying Yusheng had already unzipped his trousers without room for argument, kissing his neck while kneading him down there.
The men all averted their gazes, faces expressionless, but the force with which they held him down didn’t lessen one bit.
A chill seeped into Xu Nanxiao’s bones, crawling up his spine. His stomach sank, turning into a lump of cold iron.
“Get off! You psycho! Get lost!!”
He began kicking and thrashing at Ying Yusheng, twisting his body to shrink back, spitting out the filthiest curses he could muster in his lifetime. But Ying Yusheng easily caught his ankle and tugged, neutralizing his strength.
“Don’t touch me!!!”
After struggling, raging, shouting, and roaring—all to no avail—when he saw Ying Yusheng about to undo his buttons, Xu Nanxiao suddenly broke down.
He shrieked: “Not here, Ying Yusheng! I’m begging you!”
Ying Yusheng paused, finally coming to his senses, realizing there were still “spectators” around.
He hadn’t intended to humiliate Xu Nanxiao in public—he had simply been so absorbed in his own desire that he’d forgotten about the outsiders. Just as Zhou Yu had said, to Ying Yusheng, people he didn’t care about were no different from dogs on the street.
Since Xu Nanxiao was so resistant, he wouldn’t let others watch. He had no such fetish, nor did he wish to display Xu Nanxiao’s body to anyone else.
Still, a little compensation was in order.
In the end, Ying Yusheng swallowed Xu Nanxiao’s sobs with a kiss.
When the kiss ended, Xu Nanxiao stared at him in terror. Ying Yusheng pointed at the strangulation marks on his own neck and said with a pitiful look: “Nan Xiao, you really hurt me here. What do you say when you’ve done something wrong?”
Xu Nanxiao’s hands were pinned behind his back, immobile. He was silent for a moment, then hesitantly leaned in, red-eyed, and licked Ying Yusheng’s wound like a big cat, his voice hoarse: “I was wrong. I’m sorry. Just not here. Back in the room, anything goes…”
Ying Yusheng’s scalp tingled with excitement.
Though Xu Nanxiao had said “anything goes,” by the end of it, his knees were nearly shattered, his long straight legs trembling violently. He had come too many times; nothing was left, and every thrust from Ying Yusheng made him twitch. He couldn’t form complete sentences, only mumbled with drool in his mouth.
Xu Nanxiao’s smooth, pale back lay wide open before Ying Yusheng, deeply arched like a bridge about to collapse. The groove of his spine dipped in a way that was both sexy and alluring.
Perhaps knowing that Ying Yusheng’s men were still waiting outside, and fearing Ying Yusheng might call them in to watch, Xu Nanxiao initially dared not resist too much.
But he soon couldn’t take it anymore, crying and screaming curses: “Fuck your mother! You hear me, Ying Yusheng? Fuck your mother!!”
Ying Yusheng laughed, lying on his back and whispering in his ear: “But right now, I’m the one fucking you.”
Deterred by the fear of Ying Yusheng going off the rails again, Xu Nanxiao behaved much better after that.
He stopped refusing food and stopped launching random attacks at Ying Yusheng—at most, he’d get some verbal jabs in. For such trifles, Ying Yusheng always indulged him and never took it to heart.
But Ying Yusheng knew that Xu Nanxiao hadn’t truly yielded—he was just waiting for the right moment to strike and tear out his throat. Big cats of his stripe had the most cunning minds; he couldn’t let his guard down.
Unfortunately, Ying Yusheng still had work and couldn’t watch Xu Nanxiao every second. Xu Nanxiao was glad of it—nowadays, just seeing Ying Yusheng’s face made him nauseous.
On the days Ying Yusheng was away, Xu Nanxiao pieced together most of his situation.
This was a private villa, with no neighbors in sight—only endless lakes and woods stretching in every direction. Without a car, he wouldn’t get far even if he ran.
He was only allowed on the second floor, and the windows were sealed with bulletproof glass—even swinging a chair at them left no scratches. There was a lock between the second and first floors. He didn’t know what the first floor was like, but he imagined it was equally heavily guarded.
The only people Xu Nanxiao saw each day were a few security guards and the auntie. He tried to work on them—hoping they might help him contact a friend or at least call the police.
But no matter how he tried to get close, they never spoke more than a single word to him. They finished their tasks and left with their heads down.
After a few days, Xu Nanxiao’s patience was completely worn out. He went on another frenzied rampage, trying to force his way out. The auntie’s screams brought the security guards running, and they once again subdued the trapped beast. One of the guards even took several bites to the arm, bloody and torn.
Receiving the call, Ying Yusheng left work early and rushed back.
As soon as he entered the room, he saw Xu Nanxiao tied up, wearing a bite muzzle. A cushion was placed under his waist, and he was sitting there with a grim face, watching TV.
Ying Yusheng couldn’t help but smile. He sat on the edge of the bed and reached out to pat Xu Nanxiao’s head.
“See? Who told you to go around biting people? Now you’re chained up again,” he said gently, with a hint of teasing reproach.
The anger Xu Nanxiao had barely suppressed flared right back up.
Stop pretending, you bastard! Without your orders, would they dare lay a finger on me?
Xu Nanxiao felt sick and jerked his head away from Ying Yusheng’s hand.
Ying Yusheng wasn’t bothered. He said to Xu Nanxiao, “Darling, if you promise not to bite me, I’ll take off that muzzle for you.”
Wearing that thing was truly unbearable—saliva kept flowing, and whatever he couldn’t swallow dripped from the corners of his mouth.
A wise man knows when to submit. Xu Nanxiao knew he couldn’t do anything right now, so despite his reluctance, he nodded in agreement.
Ying Yusheng kept his word, removed the muzzle, and lay down with his head pillowed on Xu Nanxiao’s thigh to watch TV with him.
Only then did Ying Yusheng notice that Xu Nanxiao was watching a news program.
“Why the sudden interest in the news?”
Xu Nanxiao answered coldly: “There’s nothing else worth watching.”
That was true enough—fewer and fewer people watched TV these days, and the programs all catered to the elderly.
“I’ll have someone prepare some movies for you. Tell me what you’d like to watch. I can also get you a game console—anything that doesn’t require an internet connection, I can find for you.”
Xu Nanxiao couldn’t stand it anymore and cut him off: “How long are you planning to keep me locked up?”
Ying Yusheng gave the same answer as always.
“Until we make up.”
Xu Nanxiao suddenly felt utterly drained, with no energy left to argue, so he chose silence.
The two watched the news without speaking, neither truly caring about the content.
Until, by chance, Ying Baiying’s figure appeared on the screen.
“Ying Baiying, chairman of Qing’an Financial Group, has appeared at a secret forum in Hong Kong to make preliminary preparations for a new Asia-Pacific fund focused on the intersection of biotechnology and artificial intelligence…”
The mechanical male broadcasting voice echoed through the bedroom.
“Just like her,” Ying Yusheng said with an ambiguous tone. “She bounced the company back from negative news so quickly.”
In the news, Ying Baiying attended the meeting with her husband, both poised and elegant, exuding the air of elites.
Xu Nanxiao couldn’t help but sneer. “She should have just married a rich husband from the start. Then she wouldn’t have had to give birth to the two beasts you brothers are with Old Liu.”
“But,” Ying Yusheng said, as if he hadn’t even heard the word “beasts,” looking up at Xu Nanxiao, “she doesn’t actually like her current husband. She only ever loved my father.”
“What makes you say that?”
“Be her son, and you’d know. Everything she does—business, remarriage, raising children—is just to prove her worth to my father and make him regret leaving her.”
“She forced me to practice the violin back then. One wrong note and she’d slap me, scream, and tear at her own hair. But later, when I won a competition and my father didn’t even bother to show up, she stopped caring about my violin altogether.”
“She switched tactics—had me study finance and join my grandfather’s company. ‘You have to be better than your brother,’ she always said. ‘So much better that your father has no choice but to admit he was wrong back then.'”
Ying Yusheng knew he was merely a convenient tool for his mother to prove his father had made a mistake.
“As for what I like, what I hate, what I’m afraid of… none of it matters. She doesn’t even remember I’m allergic to chocolate—she sent me to the hospital several times when I was a kid.”
Ying Yusheng spoke with a light tone, as if none of it bothered him. “But I don’t blame her. She’s actually quite pitiful—because my father never loved her. He only ever had eyes for boxing. He probably couldn’t love anyone, didn’t care about anyone.”
Liu Qingyang had been nothing more than a tool for his father to fulfill his own life’s value.
So essentially, these were two self-absorbed people who, after their divorce, each took the tool they needed.
“I just don’t understand,” Ying Yusheng chuckled. “Is not being loved really worth such hysteria? Look at me—I’ve never been loved either, and I live just fine.”
After Ying Yusheng finished this confession, the room fell into deathly silence.
Xu Nanxiao opened his mouth, but then curled his lips and deliberately taunted: “Ying Yusheng, you know what? You’re just a dog. And dogs can’t eat chocolate.”
Ying Yusheng paused.
Then he couldn’t help but laugh—laughed for a long time. Finally, with eyes curved, he looked at Xu Nanxiao and said: “Woof.”
“…You’re really fucking disgusting.”
Even as Xu Nanxiao cursed, he was being pushed down onto the bed by Ying Yusheng.
“What are you doing?”
“Aren’t I a dog?” Ying Yusheng narrowed his eyes dangerously. “As my owner, you have to take responsibility and play with me.”
