The next day, the phone rang again. I stared blankly at the ceiling as though I couldn’t hear anything, then buried my face in the sheets.

This time, I really didn’t want to go out. It was bad enough having to deal with CEO Jang, and now I had to do it with someone else, too? I would rather drown myself in a shallow dish of water.

I rolled over halfway and stared at the empty ceiling. My chest stung, so I slowly raised my hand and pulled out the money from my pocket. The same bills CEO Kim had stuffed in there yesterday were still crumpled inside. I let the hand holding the bills drop onto the sheet.

CEO Kim had said he didn’t enjoy sexual acts between men. Those words had made me unconsciously lower my guard a little. Even though he groped my legs and fondled my chest, the money I was being handed kept tempting me to compromise.

    “……”

Yeah, I even thought that, at least, he wasn’t like CEO Jang, so maybe it wasn’t as bad.

Looking back now, that was such a naive and stupid thought. He was the same as CEO Jang. They were both a**holes, perverted men who got off on sticking it in someone’s backside.

It had already been a week since CEO Jang disappeared. I started to wonder if my wish had really come true. Could it be that he actually died like I’d hoped?

…But then, where am I supposed to earn money now? I clenched my fist, and the bills in my palm crinkled as they were crushed.

*Beep-beep.* The phone that had gone quiet started ringing again. I threw off the sheets and slowly got up from the bed. My feet hit the floor, but I couldn’t bring myself to take a step. I sat back down on the edge of the bed, wrestling with myself once more.

Yeah, they’re both the same scumbags. If I spread my legs for CEO Jang, then why not for this b**t**d? And then, the image of Lee Jinseok, pinned under CEO Kim, came to mind. If it weren’t for me, he wouldn’t have had to go through that. I didn’t want to cause him any more harm.

I rose from my seat like a ghost and walked over to the nightstand. I picked up the phone that was ringing obnoxiously and answered, saying I’d head to the office right away. After taking off my uncomfortable, sweat-drenched uniform, I changed into my casual clothes.

As I walked down the corridor toward Room 420, I saw the guys who had been hanging out with CEO Kim coming from the other direction. I pressed myself against the wall, bowing my head, waiting for them to pass by first.

One of them pressed a swollen cheek with the back of his hand.

“That b**t**d pisses me off so much. Just for joking around a little, he threw a glass in my face?”

He spat, trying to suppress his anger, his voice tight with resentment. Bloody spit splattered onto the hallway floor.

“Now that he’s making some money, he thinks he’s the king of the world, huh? Just s**k it up and play nice with him. We’re getting free booze and golf out of this, aren’t we?”

“When the tiger’s away, the fox takes the throne, huh? He acts all scared and submissive in front of CEO Jang, but now he’s got the nerve to act like this. What a piece of trash.”

The two of them passed me by as if I were invisible. They were the same guys who had been s**king up to CEO Kim. I stood still, listening to the sound of their shoes fading away, then turned back and approached the room.

*Knock, knock.* I knocked and waited. Soon, the door opened. The face that greeted me should not have been there. I lowered my voice and asked cautiously.

    “…Ms. Lee Hyewon”

It was none other than Lee Hyewon

    “Why are you here?”

Her face tensed in surprise, just like mine, and she whispered back.

“Jinseok-oppa told me to fill in for him.”

Jinseok told her to fill in? The image of Jinseok kneeling before CEO Kim, s**king on his s**otum, flashed before my eyes. I shut my eyes tightly. Was he still unable to get up?

“What are you standing there for? Hurry up and come in.”

A shout echoed from inside the room. I quickly stepped in. The room was a mess today. Liquor bottles were scattered all over, and shards of glass littered the floor. Lee Hyewon, who had followed me in, knelt down and, with trembling hands, began picking up the glass pieces one by one.

“Come over here and have a drink with me.”

Without a word, I approached and accepted the glass. CEO Kim sat me on one of the armrests and pulled on Lee Hyewon’s wrist.

    “You too, come here.”

A look of surprise briefly flickered across Lee Hyewon’s face as her wrist was suddenly yanked, but she quickly masked it.

“I’m fine. We’re not allowed to drink while on duty.”

She forced a smile, politely declining. The corners of her mouth, raised unnaturally, trembled slightly. “No drinking while on duty” was what the caddy guidelines instructed us to say when turning down inappropriate requests from customers.

But CEO Kim stubbornly pulled her wrist. Her eyes darted around, gauging the reactions of the other staff, but those already seated were avoiding her gaze one by one.

As Lee Hyewon was dragged, she slammed her thigh into the table. Her young face, which would look even younger without makeup, twisted in pain and humiliation. I swallowed hard and emptied the glass in my hand.

The alcohol burned its way down my esophagus, leaving a trail of heat. I wiped my mouth with the back of my hand and quietly called out to CEO Kim.

    “Sir.”

His head, which had been reaching out to someone half his age, turned toward me. I held out the empty glass.

    “Pour me another drink, please.”

His eyes narrowed. Did he catch on to what I was trying to do? I swallowed nervously. CEO Kim, looking somewhat surprised, widened his eyes before grabbing my waist and pulling me closer.

“So, now you’re showing your true colors after all that playing hard to get?”

He chuckled in satisfaction and, with a gleam in his eyes, filled my glass. I took a swig, glancing at Lee Hyewon, who stood frozen in place, unsure of what to do. I signaled toward the door with my eyes. After hesitating several times, she cast a few worried glances back at me before finally leaving the room.

I kept raising my glass, trying to match CEO Kim’s mood. I drank until I felt as if the alcohol was dancing wildly with my insides. My words began slurring and tangling together. My vision grew hazy, and soon, a giant whirlpool swirled before my eyes.

    ***

Suddenly, I felt something pressing heavily against my stomach. My head throbbed with the alcohol, and I couldn’t even open my eyes. I flailed my arms and legs, but it was futile. I felt completely pinned down, as though crushed under something extremely heavy. It felt like bugs were crawling over my body, as if someone was on top of me. I guessed it might be CEO Jang. Resigned, I let my lower body go limp, lying there like a corpse, knowing resistance would only sap my strength.

Then my chest was roughly groped, and I snapped my eyes open in pain.

    “…Ah!”

The first thing I saw was darkness. And then, in the midst of that darkness, I met a pair of faintly glowing eyes. I squinted to try and bring my blurry vision into focus. It felt like my head was spinning violently, as though an electric shock had gone off.

    “…Who… who are you?”

Tension gripped my body. It wasn’t CEO Jang. Though this person was large, he was smaller than Jang. The stranger slurred something unintelligible, the stench of alcohol wafting from his mouth.

    “Stop resisting, d**n it.”

It wasn’t CEO Jang on top of me. It was CEO Kim. My mind snapped back to reality. I tried to sit up, but CEO Kim easily pinned my wrists to the sheets.

I groped around the nightstand with my fingertips and grabbed a lamp, swinging it down hard onto CEO Kim’s head. He screamed in pain, clutching his head.

    “…You b**t**d!”

I thought I might be okay, but I was wrong. This was a horrible situation. If it weren’t for CEO Jang, or if that b**t**d hadn’t stolen my money, if I hadn’t run away from the place I’d been living—none of this would’ve happened.

Tears streamed down my face. But regret was too late now. I screamed wildly. No, you b**t**d, no! I’m not a male p**stitute!

CEO Kim smothered my face with a pillow, trying to silence my screams.

    “…Mmph, mmph!”

I felt his hand groping my thigh, and then, in an instant, my pants were pulled off. His fingers, thicker but shorter than CEO Jang’s, crawled into me. I shuddered at the touch, a chill running through my entire body. I kicked frantically.

    “…Ugh, ugh! Aaaagh!”

I struggled desperately, flailing my limbs and pounding on the sheets, but the situation was hopeless. As long as I was pinned beneath him, I couldn’t use all my strength.

He muttered as he fondled the inside of my thighs.

“Thought you’d feel smooth and nice to devour, but d**n, your skin sticks to my hands. Guess CEO Jang has good taste.”

    “…Mmph, sob!”

“The other night, you seemed like you were dying to enjoy it.”

CEO Kim was referring to the night in the control room when I had been with CEO Jang. It was clear now—he had been eavesdropping on us from outside the room.

…This filthy, l**t-driven pig! Overcome with rage, I stretched my arms as far as I could, trying to strangle him. But it was futile. My fingers barely reached the air, flailing uselessly before CEO Kim grabbed them and slammed them back onto the bed. He tied my hands together and fixed them in place, then used his other hand to fumble with his waistband.

In the darkness, I heard the metallic clink of a belt. His body shifted, and soon enough, he pulled his pants down entirely. His grotesquely bent member sprang out.

“Looks like the CEO broke you in well.”

    “…Ah, sob, CEO…”

As a last resort, I called out for CEO Jang, even though he wasn’t there. It was then that CEO Kim’s eyes flashed with a sinister glow.

    “That c*cky young b**t**d.”

    “…Hic, sob.”

“In terms of technique, my c*ck is way better than that brat’s, you stupid fool.”

I resisted like a madman, but a fist came crashing into my cheek. Thud. My face snapped to the side, and the burning impact made my vision flash, as if lightning had struck.

“You b**ch! Flirting and drinking with me, and now you pull this crap?”

CEO Kim coughed, then climbed back on top of me. Desperately, I scanned the dark room. The lamp on the nightstand was still faintly glowing. I stretched my arm as far as I could. I couldn’t quite reach it, so I gritted my teeth and forced myself to try again. Finally, my fingers brushed against it, and I grabbed the lamp, smashing it down on CEO Kim’s head.

    “Argh!”

Thud. The sound of his skull cracking echoed through the room. CEO Kim grabbed his head in pain, and his massive body slumped off the bed. I didn’t waste a second—I ran. My legs nearly gave out beneath me, but I managed to gather enough strength to open the door. The few seconds it took for the door lock to release felt like an eternity.

    Beep.

The lock finally clicked open. I turned the handle and opened the door, and the hallway light flooded into my eyes. And then… I saw someone standing there.

    …CEO Jang!

    “C-CEO…!”

With wide, tear-filled eyes, I reached out to him. But before I could even take a step, a hand grabbed my hair from behind.

    “You fucking b**ch…!”

CEO Kim, now enraged, yanked me by my hair and punched me hard in the face. The door slammed shut, and I was dragged back to the bed.

“You s**t, spreading your legs for CEO Jang but rejecting me? You b**ch!”

CEO Kim pinned me down with his muscular arm, his massive hand pressing down on my face. My nose and mouth were crushed under his thick, bear-like paw, making it impossible to breathe. I scratched and clawed at his hand with my nails.

He used his knee to hold down my upper body and effortlessly subdued me. Something hard and thick pressed between my thighs. Its heat was unmistakable—it was his member.

    “…P-Please, no! I-I don’t want this!”

I sobbed and called out to CEO Jang, clinging to the last shred of hope.

    “Please, CEO… CEO…!”

You b**t**d. You filthy b**t**d. CEO Kim began probing at my entrance with his fingers, settling himself between my legs. My strength was already fading from the fierce resistance.

“The more you resist, the more fun this is for me.”

I kicked and flailed in a final desperate attempt to free myself, but CEO Kim clicked his tongue in irritation and pressed down on my thighs with his palm. He let out a high-pitched, maniacal laugh as he positioned his swollen member beneath me.

    “……”

My hands fell limply onto the sheets. I squeezed my eyes shut, and the tears that had been clinging to my lashes spilled onto the sheets with a soft patter. All I could do was surrender. Even now, the only thought in my mind was, *Why didn’t I die sooner?*

I gritted my teeth, bracing myself for the inevitable pain.

Suddenly, I heard a sharp cracking sound above me, like something hard breaking. Startled, I opened my eyes.

CEO Kim’s massive body was collapsing on top of me like a felled tree. Thud. His heavy frame fell onto mine. Behind him, I saw CEO Jang standing there, holding a bottle.

With the last bit of strength I had, I pushed CEO Kim’s body off of me. His thick, lifeless form rolled to the edge of the mattress. He groaned faintly, blood beginning to pool around his head.

    “……”

Moonlight streaming through the window cast deep shadows over CEO Jang’s face. He threw the room key card at CEO Kim’s face. It seemed he hadn’t heard the door open amid all the chaos.

CEO Jang reached for the table. It was a mess, littered with food, bottles, and playing cards, as though a storm had blown through. Completely indifferent to the mayhem, he grabbed a whiskey bottle from the table. Twisting off the cap, he tossed it to the floor and drank deeply from the bottle.

Gulp. With every swallow, his Adam’s apple moved up and down in his thick neck. His face blurred before my eyes, and then a tear rolled down my cheek.

    “…C-CEO…”

My voice cracked as I sobbed, calling out to him.

I looked at him with pleading eyes. Through my blurry vision, CEO Jang’s cold, stoic face met mine. Trembling uncontrollably, I somehow managed to stagger towards him. My body shook violently, and every groan CEO Kim made behind me sent shivers down my spine. My heart pounded like it was about to burst.

At last, I reached CEO Jang’s side.
