After losing his scholarship, Kim Jinkyung goes to a supposedly good tutoring opportunity he was introduced to, only to come face-to-face with a completely naked man (extremely handsome), Mok Seongha, standing over a bloodied man he is actively stomping on.
Determined to get himself rejected from the tutoring position no matter what, Jinkyung declares that he has a serious flaw, but Mok Seongha instead tells him to give a convincing reason within five seconds.

“I—I like men!”

But Mok Seongha asks what that has to do with him (it will become very relevant), and urges Jinkyung to sign the tutoring contract.
Forced into this high-risk, high-paying tutoring job, Kim Jinkyung eventually ends up falling into the garden pond with Mok Seongha while he was admiring the flowers.
But the man soaked in water disappears, and in his place, a large black panther appears before him.

Having discovered Mok Seongha’s secret, Jinkyung is made to sign a very thick contract and becomes tightly bound to this ultra–high-risk tutoring job. He does everything he can to survive and constantly looks for a chance to get fired.
But as he becomes entangled with this beautiful, rude, senseless man who turns into a black panther when drenched in water, he eventually begins what he is best at, falling in love with someone he will never successfully win.
